[ZC2.0 Kickstarter] Check the Pledge Manager

To all Zombicide Kickstarter backers:

Some people have not yet completed their application in Pledge Manager.
We have contacted you individually, but if we do not receive a pledge manager application by the deadline, we will not be able to ship the game and will have to cancel (refund) your Kickstarter application.
Please double-check to make sure your application is complete.
