The year is 2219 AD. The era when Earth was the center of humanity is over. It is now the era of long distance space travel and planetary colonization. Mars was colonized over 100 years ago and has a thriving society with a growing population and a high standard of living.

Many organizations are based on Mars, including the Asteroid Mining Assembly of Corporations (AMAC), which oversees the operations of all asteroid mining corporations. Ceres was the final trading port before heading out into the outer solar system and is now home to the Asteroid Mining Industrial Complex. Many people find it easier to find work here, with highly skilled space workers rotating through different positions for years. They work in Ceres mines, factories, and laboratories, as well as in the mines of the asteroids, extracting the ice and ores they need.

Ceres is a sci-fi worker placement game for 1-4 players. Players take on the role of an asteroid mining corporation in the near future, aiming to defeat opponents and gain control of Ceres. The game consists of 3 rounds, representing 3 years on Ceres and the corporation's business cycle.

Players can choose from a variety of actions, including:

• Launch a mining probe into the asteroid belt
• Trade raw materials
• Building and upgrading major facilities
• Expand the Ceres colony
• Improving technology through research
• Work with the Mars Council and leverage their powers

Developed in collaboration with astrophysicists, Ceres brings to life themes and innovative elements to worker placement games.

• It is possible to place a player's own workers on the shared board,
  You can customize your personal board and place special shared workers there.
• The three-layer "spinning asteroid belt" rotates at different speeds, constantly changing the state of the board.
