Get a great seat at "The Last Supper"

Large crowds spread their clothes on the road, and others cut branches from trees and spread them on the road.
Now when Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was in an uproar, saying, "Who is this man?"
The crowds then said, "This is the prophet Jesus from Nazareth of Galilee."

Jerusalem: In the Year of the Lord is based on the theme of the Last Supper, where players represent communities of followers of Jesus of Nazareth who travel from neighboring villages and towns to the Holy City of Jerusalem.
The goal of each player is to bring as many of their disciples as possible to the Last Supper - the closer you are to Jesus or the Apostles, the more victory points you will earn at the end of the game.

The most important thing in this game is the cards and how to use them. Each card has a district icon of one of the five districts around Jerusalem. By playing a card (taking it out of your hand) and completing a set of three district icons that match one of the twelve apostles, you can accompany one of the apostles to the dinner table.

Although it has heavy component rules, the action of one turn is mostly concentrated on using cards and drawing, so you can play the game at a good tempo. Pay attention to how you play your cards and how you use the various resources you acquire. This will determine how close each of your disciples will be to the Last Supper table.
